On the basis of Tibetan lunar calendar fourth month start from 20-May, one full month is celebrate as Saga Dawa Düchen by the all the Buddhist.
Specially on the 15-June (full moon day) it is believe that a day is auspicious for Buddhist, because three major events in the life of Gautama Buddha took place as Lord Buddha Birth, Enlightenment and Parinirvana (passing away). So, there will be Khagyur reading from 31-May to 4- June.
