This year, nine nuns graduated with the Geshema degree from Jamyang Choling Institute. To celebrate this momentous occasion, a Geshema Damcha debate ceremony was held in the new debate hall on 21st and 22nd February.
The Geshema degree is equivalent to a PhD in modern academia. Jamyang Choling heartily congratulates the new Geshema graduates and wishes them success in all their future endeavors.
