This year, nine nuns graduated with the Geshema degree from Jamyang Choling Institute. To celebrate this momentous occasion, a Geshema Damcha debate ceremony was held in the new debate hall on 21st and 22nd February.

On 6-April-2024 Honourable professor Geshe Thupten Jinpa la visit at Jamyang Choling Institute. Geshe la is highly qualified scholar and special translator of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.

We the Jamyang Choling Institute nuns demonstrating Nalanda debate during Vaisakh 23rd May 2024 Buddha Purnima a few days ago. The event was organised at the National Museum by the International Buddhist Confederation (IBC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
